General Terms & Conditions

•	Price quote are in RM (Ringgit Malaysia)
•	Package price and extension nights for one person, room rates based on per room per night.
•	Weekdays check in : Sunday - Thursday.
•	Weekends/Public & School Holidays check in : Friday- Saturday.
•	Child rate (age 2 years - 12 years) based on sharing room (with estra mattress) with 2 parents/adults. Maximum of 2 children per room.
•	Excludes Marine Park Conservation Fee - Adult RM5, Child RM2.50 payable at Kuala Besut Jetty.
•	BOAT TRANSFER IS SUBJECT TO WEATHER CONDITIONS AND THE RESORT IS NOT LIABLE FOR COMPENSATION DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER.
•	Departure boat from Resort to Kuala Besut : 8.00am, 12.00 noon, and 4.00pm daily (depending on the weather conditions).
•	Deposit of RM100 per person for packages or one night accommodation upon confirmation of reservation/booking.
•	Deposits are non-refundable. Balance of payment is required 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
•	All bookings are on pre-payment basis to “SENJA BAY RESORT SDN BHD”, Ambank (M) Bhd, Account no.: 001-201-2017801, SWIFT CODE:ARBKMYKL.
•	Visa and master card accepted at the resort.
•	All rates inclusive of taxes and it is subject to change without prior notice.
•	Cancellation fee: Within 14 days – 50% of total package/booking Within 07 days – 80% of total package/booking Within 72 hours – 100% of total package/booking No Show – 100% of total package/booking
